About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Amazon Platform Manager to serve as the cornerstone of our e-commerce strategy. While your primary focus will be driving growth and dominance on Amazon, you will also play a key role in supporting our broader digital ecosystem.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can seamlessly pivot between high-level strategy and hands-on execution across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Platform Management (Main Priority)

Develop and execute the overall Amazon strategy, including PPC advertising, inventory management, promotions, and listing optimization.

Create and manage Amazon-specific content, including A+ content, brand store pages, product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.

Analyze Amazon sales data and metrics to inform strategy and report on performance and ROI.
Other Areas of Responsibility

Shopify & Web: Design, build, and optimize landing pages on our Shopify store to support marketing campaigns and conversions.

Email Marketing: Design and execute engaging email campaigns using Klaviyo, creating visuals in Figma as needed.

Content & Public Relations: Lead content creation and editing for various needs, develop professional press kits, and serve as the primary contact for company ambassadors.

Executive Support: Provide diary management for the CEO, including scheduling and calendar coordination.

Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks to support the team.
Who We Are Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications

Hands-on experience as an Amazon Platform Manager (or similar role) with a proven track record of growth.

Strong content creation and editing skills.

Proven experience creating press kits and managing influencer/ambassador relationships.

High level of professionalism and discretion for executive support tasks.
Ideal Plus Qualifications

Proficiency in managing Shopify and building optimized landing pages.

Experience with Klaviyo (or similar tools) and Figma for email design and marketing.

Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
