About the Role
Our team is growing, and were in search of a Head of Outbound Sales with deep expertise in cold calling and team leadership! Someone who doesnt just know how to lead, but whos been in the trenches of cold calling and appointment setting. Youll take charge of our growing SDR team (currently 4 members), all under your leadership, strategy, and coaching.
This is more than just a management role. Its a chance to lead with insight, refine outbound strategies, and drive performance through real experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the outbound SDR team to hit and exceed performance goals.
- Build and refine outbound sales processes, scripts, and strategies.
- Set team KPIs and monitor individual performance.
- Provide regular feedback, run coaching sessions, and inspire high-energy sales behavior.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Business Development, etc.) to align outreach efforts.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business in improving lead generation and conversion.
What Were Looking For
- Extensive hands-on experience in cold calling and appointment setting (youve walked the walk, and now youre ready to lead others).
- Previous experience in leading or managing a sales/SDR team.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales tactics, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
- Strategic thinker with practical leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, team motivation, and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite and manage a flexible schedule.
