Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will contact prospective customers, present product information, answer questions, and close sales or generate leads. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, resilient, and enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
- Answer questions about products or services and explain their benefits.
- Handle objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Maintain customer information and update databases.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
- Report sales results and update team leaders on progress.
- Assist with market research by gathering information from prospective clients.
- Administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales role (preferred).
- B2B experience is required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to close sales.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient with relevant computer applications (e.g., CRM software).
Working Conditions:
- Work setup preferred: Office
- Working Hours: US Working Hours (Central Time Zone), Monday to Friday. Must be amenable to shifting schedule.
