The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Specialist - Website Experience to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. This role will focus on creating an exceptional online experience for our customers by ensuring our website aligns with branding guidelines, managing a strategic content plan, and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience strategy, Shopify website management, and content strategy, with a passion for driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and conversion through innovative online experiences. This role also involves supporting the development of a best-in-class loyalty program and assisting in the successful launch of our new website.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a highly customized and best in class customer experience strategy for our new website, scheduled for FY25 launch.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to increase conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the customer experience on the new website post-launch, ensuring it meets our expectations and enhances brand equity.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure Branding Alignment:

  • Ensure the website experience is always in line with our new branding guidelines.
  • Support and build our brand equity through consistent and engaging online experiences.

Develop and Manage Content Strategy:

  • Develop and manage the website content strategy to ensure effective placement and high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content that aligns with business goals.

Customer Journey Improvement:

  • Map and optimize the end-to-end e-commerce customer journey, focusing on enhancing user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline the customer journey.

Loyalty Program Planning:

  • Support the development and implementation of a new customer loyalty program aimed at increasing customer retention and lifetime value.

Project Management:

  • Assist in the project management of the new website build, working in tandem with a development agency.
  • Ensure timely and successful completion of website-related projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in website management, user experience strategy, or digital marketing, preferably with Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of user experience best practices, including mapping and optimizing customer journeys.
  • Experience with website content strategy, including content creation and management in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing website performance, with a focus on increasing customer engagement, satisfaction, and conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with branding principles and experience in ensuring brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with project management, particularly related to website builds and working with external development teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively convey ideas.
  • Passion for creating innovative online experiences that drive customer loyalty and retention.
