The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Website User Experience Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This role will focus on creating an exceptional online experience for our customers by ensuring our website aligns with branding guidelines, managing content strategy, overseeing SEO operations, and continuously improving the user journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, website management, and SEO with a keen eye for detail and a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities and Duties 

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a highly customized and best in class customer experience strategy for our new website, scheduled for FY25 launch.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to increase conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

    Website Management:

    • Oversee the customer experience on the new website post-launch, ensuring it meets our expectations and enhances brand equity.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

      Ensure Branding Alignment:

      • Ensure the website experience is always in line with our new branding guidelines.
      • Support and build our brand equity through consistent and engaging online experiences.

      Develop and Manage Content Strategy:

      • Develop and manage the website content strategy to ensure effective placement and high-quality content.
      • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content that aligns with business goals.

        SEO Management:

        • Manage the SEO operations of our website to improve visibility and organic traffic.
        • Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and continuously monitor SEO performance.

          Customer Journey Improvement:

          • Map and optimize the end-to-end e-commerce customer journey, focusing on enhancing user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
          • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline the customer journey.

            Loyalty Program Planning:

            • Support the development and implementation of a new customer loyalty program aimed at increasing customer retention and lifetime value.

            Project Management:

            • Assist in the project management of the new website build, working in tandem with a development agency.
            • Ensure timely and successful completion of website-related projects

            Qualifications

            • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, UX Design, Web Development, or a related field
            • Minimum of 3 years of experience in website user experience, UX design, or a similar role
            • Proven track record in managing website content strategies and SEO operations
            • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
            • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD)
            • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
            • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty

              Work Arrangement:

              • Fully remote
              • EST business hours
