The Role:

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Operations team as a Customer Support Officer. This role involves providing exceptional client service through phone and email support, assisting with client onboarding, and handling various ad hoc operational duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a client- focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This is a cross-functional role that will work closely with various departments in Operations, Growth and Product to ensure satisfaction for our clients in North America, the United Kingdom and expanding.

Responsibilities:

Client Support

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.

Account Onboarding:

  • Onboard new client accounts as per the onboarding process guidelines.
  • Ensure all necessary information and documentation are correctly processed for account activation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless activation process

Operational Support:

  • Perform various ad hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and operational tasks
  • Provide feedback to improve client support practices and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of solid work experience in customer support handling US accounts, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in using HubSpot in managing support tickets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work
  • Experience in a cross-functional role, working with various departments to achieve common goals
  • A sound understanding of the Stripe platform would be advantageous but not essential

Working Conditions:

  • Work Arrangement: Onsite (Ortigas)
  • Work Schedule: Dayshift during training period, Night Shift/Midshift after training. Must be amenable to shifting schedules
