SENIOR TRAVEL AGENT

The Role:

The Senior Travel Agent is responsible for providing expert travel planning and advisory services to clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences from initial consultation to trip completion. This role involves designing personalized travel itineraries, securing bookings for flights, accommodations, and tours, and managing all aspects of travel logistics.

If you have at least 5 years of experience as a Travel Agent, leading teams, and are proficient in Amadeus GDS, we want you to join our fast-growing travel company!

Key Responsibilities

• Costing and preparing international flight quotes
• Making tour bookings
• Issuing travel insurance for our departing customers from Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the UK
• Issuing flight tickets
• Handling airline refunds

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Travel Agent
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus GDS for a minimum of 2 years
• Experience with airline refunds (experience with travel insurance is ideal but not mandatory)
• Excellent command of English communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Working Conditions:

• Remote
• Willingness to work in UK or AU hours
