APPOINTMENT SETTER

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced appointment setter who will develop and execute outreach strategies through various channels, including email, social media, cold calling, and networking. You will craft compelling messaging to initiate conversations with leads and establish interest in the company's products or services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers to generate appointments
• Generate leads to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow call scripts and sales processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Provide exceptional customer experience and handle objections or inquires in a professional and courteous manner
• Document all call information accurately and thoroughly in the designated CRM system

Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B Leads Generation
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Appointment Setter
• Strong experience in lead generation
• IT/Technical background or experience is a must
• Excellent communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: Night shift
• Work arrangement: Work at Home
