The Role:

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will perform remote office duties including preparation of meetings, reports, memos and other general administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating arrangements, meetings, and/or conferences as assigned.
  • Email Management
  • Can manage/filter/send messages from Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Set appointment and make sure that the calendar is not overbooked
  • Email Management
  • Social Media/LinkedIn updates
  • Can do personal branding
  • Performing office duties as assigned
  • Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or other relevant administrative support
  • experience.
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
  • Strong background in GSuite, Google docs, etc.
  • Must know how to use Hubspot CRM and Slack
  • Familiarity in using Social Media
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

Working conditions:

  • Working hours is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30am US EST
  • Can work Onsite in Ortigas
