CLINIC MEDICAL OFFICE SUPPORT

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Responsible for all assigned tasks to send out referrals to specialist offices.
• Monitors internal communications including but not limited to task, emails, and voicemails.
• Inputs correct data into Intergy.
• Prepares and processes correspondence.
• Requests, locates, and sends patient records.
• Maintains files and assists establishing office systems.
• Assists in the care and maintenance of office equipment.
• Fulfills clerical responsibilities as assigned that may include sending/receiving patient medical records; obtaining lab/x-ray reports, hospital notes, referral information, etc.; managing and updating EMR charts to ensure that information is complete and filed appropriately.
• Fulfills the organizations responsibilities as assigned including respecting and promoting patients' rights, sharing problems with immediate supervisor.
• Reliable attendance and presence at work.
• Identify abnormalities or mismatched entries and follow up with the appropriate person(s) to complete.
• Other duties related as assigned.

Requirements:

• Background in insurance authorization and scheduling.
• Customer service experience in healthcare account
• Prior experience with CPT Coding and Billing Process is preferred.
• Coding Certificate and or prior coding experience, preferred

Working Conditions:

• Must be amenable to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)
• Must be amenable to work in Night Shift and in shifting schedules
