About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients via telephone, email, and other outreach methods. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sales process, exceptional communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.

As a Senior SDR, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, setting up qualified meetings for our Sales Representatives and contributing to the overall growth of the sales pipeline. Your work will be instrumental in driving business development and establishing long-lasting relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial outreach to qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and interest in our products and services. Effectively use consultative selling techniques to assess fit.
  • Consultation Scheduling: Schedule discovery calls or meetings between qualified leads and Sales Representatives for deeper engagement and further sales development.
  • CRM Management: Use HubSpot or other CRM tools to track lead interactions, update records, and manage your pipeline effectively.
  • Follow-Up & Nurturing: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest or previously engaged but have not yet converted. Maintain consistent communication to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide feedback on prospect objections, recurring themes, and client needs to help improve sales messaging and strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and to ensure that prospects are well cared for throughout their journey.
  • Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and qualification targets.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or in a similar role with a strong focus on outbound sales and lead qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to meeting scheduling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage and build rapport with decision-makers.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools to manage leads, track interactions, and report on progress.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Highly goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas.
  • Professional demeanor and an ability to handle rejection and objections with grace.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be willing to work onsite
  • Monday to Friday - Shifting, Nightshift
