LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST (LINKEDIN ASSISTANT)

The Role:

Seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to manage LinkedIn account activities and assist with targeted lead generation. The ideal candidate will conduct searches for real estate lawyers based on specific criteria and send LinkedIn messages on your behalf to connect with potential leads.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize your LinkedIn profile to enhance visibility and maintain a professional appearance.
• Conduct targeted searches for real estate lawyers in line with predefined criteria.
• Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages to potential leads.
• Track responses from leads and maintain detailed records of outreach activities.
• Collaborate with your team to refine search criteria and messaging strategies based on performance.
• Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn best practices for effective outreach and engagement.
• Ensure all communications are professional, timely, and aligned with your goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in LinkedIn management and lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn search functions and best practices for outreach.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized messages.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for tracking outreach activities.
• Experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with legal professionals is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet outreach goals.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in LinkedIn and other digital tools for lead generation.

Working Conditions:

• Work setup preferred: Office
• Working Hours: Australian Time Zone, Monday to Friday. Must be amenable to shifting schedule.
