As an Associate Sales Development Representative

You will be responsible for incoming lead validation, outbound sales support and sales operations management across our key markets i.e. Singapore, Malaysia and UAE. Your main goal will be to support the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) by getting them meetings with validated leads and support with research, preparation of high quality sales materials and demo setups to close deals consistently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Support and execute Sales Strategy to maximize new client acquisition by consistently generating meetings with valid and viable incoming leads and outbound prospects.
  2. Lead Validation:
    • Qualify incoming leads by conducting discovery calls following BANT methodology. Gather and record relevant information in CRM (HubSpot)
    • Setup pitch meetings for BDRs with leads and share relevant pitchbooks to educate lead before meetings
    • Maintain and update relevant email templates by product or industry for efficient communication
  3. Outbound Sales:
    • Utilise tools like Apollo to gather information about key client segments for outreach
    • Design and execute outbound sales campaigns in key client segments
    • Prepare effective messages and automated sequences for email and LinkedIn to convert cold prospects to have introductory meetings
    • Call leads following targeted calling scripts to introduce Rewardz and validate interest
    • Recommend leads for networking events and pipeline building
  4. Sales Operations:
    • Collaborate internally with Tech and Product teams in Rewardz to setup demos for client meetings based on client requirements
    • Support in RFP submissions, vendor onboarding documentation etc
    • Maintain demo accounts across all products for with relevant content for user, admin and analytics
    • Support in preparation of high quality pitchbooks, video narrations and customise where needed to meet requirements of clients
  5. Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to enable effective pitch to potential clients
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to align sales efforts
  7. Timely and accurate update of all relevant sales activities on HubSpot

Core technical skills required for this role are:

  1. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools like HubSpot (required), Apollo, Instantly and any tools relevant for lead generation (e.g. lead databases, meeting recording plug ins, videos for screen recordings etc)
  2. Exceptional proficiency in using online meeting tools like Zoom, MS Teams to provide sales demos in an engaging manner
  3. Expertise in making high quality pitchbooks using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva or equivalent tools
  4. Curiosity in exploring AI based tools which can support and elevate sales processes, including experimenting with automations etc
  5. Research skills to support sales efforts by providing insights to BDRs to support client- specific pitches etc, identifying suitable target segments for outbound, preliminary research for reward catalogue expansions etc.
  6. Impeccable grasp of the English language including excellent written and verbal skills. Confident tone of voice to engage buyers over the phone

  1. You have at least 1-2 year(s) experience in B2B sales, marketing or business development

  3. You can confidently engage with leads to generate their interest for working with Rewardz
  4. You have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with relevant stakeholders in a timely and concise manner
  5. You are a creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solver
  6. You have a Bachelor degree in business, marketing or similar relevant field with a GPA of 3.25/4 or higher
  7. You must be able to join by 1 Dec 2024
