Position Summary:


The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on Google, Bing, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This role requires a creative and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, data analysis, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Email Marketing (40%)
    • Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.

    • Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows.

    • Create, test, and refine email templates to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall ROI.

    • Monitor email performance metrics and develop reports to provide actionable insights.

  2. PPC Advertising (40%)
    • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and Meta platforms.

    • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.

    • Use data analysis to continuously improve ad performance and reduce cost-per-click and cost-per-acquisition.

    • Test and analyze landing pages, ad creative, and audience segments to maximize conversion rates.

  3. General Digital Marketing (20%)
    • Assist in the development and execution of overall digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.

    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging channels.

    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design) to develop cohesive marketing assets.

    • Analyze competitor activity, user behavior, and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or certifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and PPC.

  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Business Manager.

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel) and familiarity with marketing automation.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data segmentation strategies.
