About the job Assistant Construction Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager (Assistant Project Manager or APM) is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. This includes overseeing and managing construction, and ensuring projects is completed per the scope, on time, and within budget. The APM is also involved in all phases of project delivery, including planning, monitoring project milestones, budgeting, and coordinating resources, while maintaining strong relationship with clients, design consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. The personnel for this position must demonstrate the following minimum requirements:

a) At least a 4-year bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in

either engineering, architecture or construction management.

b) A minimum of five (5) years of professional construction industry experience.

c) Demonstrated experience on similar type projects.
