About the job Assistant Construction Project Manager (Project Controls)
The
Assistant Construction Project Manager - Project Controls (APMPC) is
responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to
completion. This includes overseeing and managing construction, and
ensuring projects is completed per the scope, on time, and within
budget. The APMPC is also involved in all phases of project delivery,
including planning, monitoring project milestones, budgeting, and
coordinating resources, while maintaining strong relationship with
clients, design consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Required Skills Include: Project Controls, Change Orders, Contract Administration, Regulatory Compliance
The personnel for this position must demonstrate the following minimum requirements:
a) At least a 4-year bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in
either engineering, architecture or construction management.
b) A minimum of five (5) years of professional construction industry experience
c) Demonstrated experience on similar type projects.
