Construction Manager

We are currently in search of a Construction Project Manager for one of our clients. We would like for this person to have senior level experience in construction management, reviewing construction documents and designs, completing filed inspections, and negotiating change orders.

The qualified candidate should have the following skills and experience

· Min 8 years project and construction management experience
· Experience leading the successful implementation of a construction project for a school district
· Strong communications skills

Pay: $64,745.09 - $141,119.56 per year
