Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving the companys growth by generating new sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Tax Prose Inc.'s services to effectively communicate their value.
- Identify, engage, and build meaningful relationships with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions to internal teams.
- Take ownership of client relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Leverage networking opportunities and identify sponsorship and speaking opportunities to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on targeted campaigns, contributing to strategy and execution.
- Develop and maintain segmented client and prospect mailing lists.
- Coordinate and execute strategic business development plans, including fiscal year strategies, individual goals, and specific initiatives.
- Track and report on marketing and business development performance, measuring ROI and success.
- Manage marketing and sponsorship budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Support the creation of knowledge management tools, databases, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain high accountability for deliverables while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize Hubspot and other CRM tools to track and manage client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the tax, financial, or professional services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a client-first mentality.
- Familiarity with HubSpot
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver results.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
