US Tax Professional

LOOKING FOR A WORLD-CLASS TAX PROFESSIONAL :
Looking for a world-class part-time tax professional to team up and support an EA and entrepreneur.

Job Description:

• Prepare and review individual tax returns
• Monitor the pipeline in Tax Dome and move jobs forward by identifying what is holding it up and resolving it.
• There is a high volume of client communications in the form of portal messages, emails, texts, and phone calls. Responding timely and appropriately.
• Be the first point of contact for clients.
• Return Inquires for Tax Services and be able to assess which tax services they actually need
• Direct the flow of traffic communication in the form to the right person
• Employ project management skills to the pipeline assigning priorities, deadlines
• Exercise Due Diligence that aligns with Circular 230
• Work with other members of the team in collaborative efforts
• Perform other duties as they are assigned - Be flexible and contribute to the overall success of the firm and our clients
• Identify and organize client documentation. Facilitation and coordinated with clients to obtain missing information.
• Prepare work paper detail to summarize data and prepare tax files to be assigned and prepared by other associates.
• Taking on anything that you can that will save me time from handling billing disputes, consulting projects, and client inquiries to a variety of other tasks that save me time. In essence, you are willing to roll up your sleeves and help do whatever needs to be done so that we get the job done.

Qualifications:

• CTEC, EA, or CPA with an active PTIN
• 2 years of tax experience
• Strong skills in project management
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Critical Thinking skills
• Integrity and Honesty that aligns with Tax Law
• The perpetual attitude of a student, engaging in continuing education
• Aspirations of attaining the next level up in licensing as a Tax Professional
