Salary: Between 23,247.00 - 25,644.00 Ph Pesos, Per month (depending on Experience)

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for undertaking marketing tasks to assist the Director. The ideal candidate has 2 Plus years of experience in a United States based office and preferable to have a basic knowledge of lead generation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assign, monitor, and complete responsibilities and tasks.

  • The position requires you to report to the CEO
  • Nurturing relationships with prospects
  • Stewardship of CrunchBase+Hubspot integration and corresponding work & LinkedIn
  • All professional prospecting activities
  • Electronic Filing Organization
  • Assisting with the Workflow Scheduling
  • Updating the databases and KPIs for our teams
  • Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance.
  • Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Writing up FAQs
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Internal Monthly reporting WIP Sales
  • Organize orientation and training of new staff members.
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping.
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
  • Manage office policies and procedures.
  • Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and monitor internal processes.
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency.
  • Co-ordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
  • Review and approve office supply acquisitions.
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Any other reasonable tasks assigned by the CEO or CMO
  • Onboarding specialist create a checklist and SOP, access to Programs
  • Follow ups in Hubspot
  • Building up the knowledge management system with Freshdesk
  • Navigate the flow of communication

PROSPECTING

  • Identify the market using CrunchBase and LinkedIn
  • Develop and maintain outbound prospecting campaigns using digital avenues
  • Write messaging that includes a value proposition
  • Carryout email campaigns. This includes mass emails, segmented emails, and personalized emails.
  • Monitor website visitor activity. Based on activity, approach visitors through phone or email.
  • Assist the CMO in producing marketing collateral. This includes one sheets, landing pages, brochures, posters, and other collateral.

Teamwork

  • You will be required to work in a team.
  • You will have good interpersonal skills and be a good communicator

Qualifications and Experience - Preferable but Not Compulsory

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must communicate orally and in writing in a professional, clear, and concise manner in person-to-person and group settings in American English
  • Must be able to confidently convey financial, operational, and risk value to people in high ranking/decision making positions
  • Must demonstrate quick response time respond in a timely and professional manner to inquiries and opportunities.
  • Must meet commitments. Must be able to work directly with people at all levels of the organization to draw and/or analyze information pertinent to furthering the marketing effort and sales process.
  • Conduct digital market research and create and present the supporting inbound and outbound strategies to generate leads within the company's target market in collaboration with the sales and marketing manager.
  • Assist the COM/ Art Director in all aspects of asset creation (utilizing the Adobe Suite) for strategic outbound marketing efforts including, but not limited to: photography, videography, print and digital ads, e-communications, and web-based content.
  • Analyze marketing channels to understand what is most effective for each target audience. Report the Executive team your analysis
  • Business degree or equivalent (Not Necessary)
  • Knowledge of clerical, administrative and marketing practices and procedures
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software
  • Prior experience in working for a tax firm preferable.
  • Polished presentation and impeccable client service skills
