Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of Operations Team Lead/Supervisory recent experience in a call center/BPO setting (voice, international)
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, people management, and development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly flexible working hours, no fixed shift model: comfortable with irregular schedules and on-demand availability, rather than traditional 8-hour shift structures.
  • CAN START ASAP
