Assistant Store Manager - Visual Merchandise (Makati) | Onsite

Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026

Shift: Rotating Shift with 2 days off

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Makati)

Responsibilities:

• Each Visual Merchandise Manager is responsible for leading operations on the sales floor. This includes driving performance, supporting overall operations, and ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.
• Implement merchandising strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and brand consistency
  
• Create and manage visually appealing in-store displays in line with brand merchandising guidelines
  
• Lead teams to deliver exceptional customer service by implementing insights and driving continuous improvement.
  
• Build team capability through coaching, training and effective recruitment selection fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring strong team engagement through leading by our values, ways of working and expected behaviours.
  
• Implement safety processes to ensure compliance with regulations. Delivering safety training, supporting injury management and promoting a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Amenable to be on rotating schedule
• At least 3 years of experience in retail
• Experience in people management, process, inventory and budget management
• Tech savy – able to interpret and use data to monitor sales, forecast trends, and drive strategic decision making
