Educational Requirement:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience
• Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries
• Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears
• Proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation, and receivership activities.
• Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals
