SAP Finance Vertex / REFX / FICA Manager | Manila

Job Details:
You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of this, you will drive the following:

• As a part of the Digital Core & Enterprise Transformation team, you will be expected to drive ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering
• Drive with solutions for client challenges in the SAP Finance landscape with Vertex tax engine or SAP REFX or SAP FICA experience, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle
• Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track and resolve issues on time
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a roadmap to achieve their objectives
• Develop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive service offerings
• Support our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformations
• Oversee ERP integrations, and assist in developing proof of concepts as required 
• Strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights

Bring your best skills forward to excel at the role:

• Proficiency in SAP Finance. Strong understanding of SAP Finance concepts and principles and should be able to identify, design, and configure Vertex Tax engine or SAP FICA or SAP REFX with Integration other Modules
• Serve as an SAP Finance functional consultant along with Vertex tax engine experience and assist with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests
• Advise clients on the SAP Finance and Vertex tax engine or SAP REFX or SAP FICA processes based on leading industry practices
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and support to client sales teams on order creation best practices
• Ensure all client sales activities are documented and tracked in the system
• Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on CMT industry topics

For Vertex Tax Engine

• Implementing new requirements and maintaining the Vertex O Series, focusing on the global indirect tax solution
• Configuring and managing Vertex tax rules, rates, and jurisdictions to ensure precise and compliant tax calculations for all transactions - Supporting mapping updates to tax matrices and conducting end-to-end testing to ensure no regression impacts across jurisdictions (US and Outside US)
• Collaborating with IT and finance teams to align tax systems with business needs and compliance requirements. Developing and maintaining detailed documentation, including SOPs and user guides, for Vertex-related processes

For SAP REFX/SAP FICA

• Configuring SAP REFX/FICA functionalities and Experience in Migration of RE Classic to REFX will be an added advantage.
• Supporting Internal Teams/ End Users on SAP RE-FX or SAP FICA Issues and Solutions.

Your experience counts! 

• Minimum 10 years(s) of SAP experience is required including 5 years or more of Vertex tax engine or SAP REFX or SAP FICA implementation experience
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Finance and integration with Vertex Tax Engine / SAP REFX / SAP FICA.
• Ability to configure and implement Vertex Tax rules, rates and jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with global transactions.
• Experience migrating from RE Classic to SAP REFX and supporting end users on FICA and REFX functionalities.
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills for C-suite audiences.
• Experience in proposal support and solution shaping for ERP engagements.

Additional Details:

• Must have skills: SAP S4 HANA Finance functional delivery experience including at least 5 years or more of the niche skills like Vertex tax Engine or SAP REFX or SAP FICA experience on SAP transformation engagements
• Good to have skills: SAP Certification is an added advantage
