About the job Bookkeeper (Alabang) | Onsite

Work setup: 100% onsite (Alabang Muntinlupa)

Schedule: Fixed 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday with OT as needed

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit statements for review and compliance with Australian tax regulations.
  • Utilize billing and financial management tasks.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts using Xero.
  • Assist with general bookkeeping duties, including payroll support and expense tracking.
  • Generate financial reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Aged Receivables & Collections: Pursue overdue invoices via calls and emails to secure
    timely payment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role previously with an Australian based companies
  • Experience preparing BAS statements in accordance with Australian tax requirements
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software
  • Familiarity with Datagate or similar Telco/Utility billing platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
