Area Manager (Butuan) | Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite (Butuan City)

Work Schedule: Mon - Sat: 7am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in achieving sales volume targets and other KPIs
• Guide distributor in achieving reach and coverage targets
• Formulate local trade programs that will increase the company
• Maintains and develops specific key accounts in the territory
• Analyzes sell-in and sell-out of distributor, implements key strategies including sales and marketing programs to achieve sales growth
