Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct requirement
gathering workshops,
blueprinting sessions, and solution validation with HR and IT
stakeholders.
- Configure
key EC components such as:
- Foundation
Objects
- Employee
Data Models
- Business
Rules
- Workflows
- Event
Derivation
- Foundation
Objects
- Integrate
EC with Payroll, Time
Management, Recruiting,
and Performance
& Goals modules.
- Collaborate
with technical teams for interface
design, middleware
integration,
and data
migration.
- Prepare functional
specifications, test
scripts,
and support SIT/UAT phases.
- Ensure
compliance with data
privacy, GDPR,
and local
labor regulations.
- Support cutover
planning, go-live
readiness,
and hypercare
activities.
- Stay updated on RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and SAP BTP innovations in HR.
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Employee Central.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- Experience in global rollouts, multi-country configurations, and regulated industries.
- Exposure to SAP BTP extensions, Workforce Analytics, and SuccessFactors Mobile.
