About the job E-Commerce Merchandiser (Pasig) | Hybrid
Work Set up: Hybrid Set up (2 days on site and 3 days Work from Home) | Pasig
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; Saturday/Sunday - Rest Day
Shift: US Graveyard Shift (10pm onwards), weekends off
The E-Commerce Merchandiser supports all the companys online sales activities, best practices, and the customer experience. This position is integral to activities including setting up items in retailer portals while delivering compelling marketing content that engages customers across the e-commerce retailer landscape. This individual reports to the E-Commerce Sales Manager, contributes to the acquisition of new business in addition to maintaining and maximizing the sales growth and profits for existing accounts.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business, Communications, Marketing, or related area of study)
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems
- Experience with uploading e-commerce product catalogs on key retailer sites, including but not limited to Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, and Lowes
- Knowledge of retail/e-commerce requirements, including keyword search, compliance, campaign buildouts, bid optimizations, and reporting
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- 2 years of experience on the minimum Amazon Platform
- Experience in manufacturing and e-commerce products
- Experience with Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart Content (HVAC)
- Prior MS Office experience
- Prior SEO, PPC, and email marketing experience
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly skilled at manipulating data in Excel
- High degree of initiative
- Ability to manage and mine large amounts of data from multiple inputs
- Process and detail-oriented with an aptitude to learn quickly
- Understanding of Customer Service and Sales principles
- Collaborative and willing to work across teams in a fast-paced environment with many unknown variables
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Utilize strategic thinking to problem-solve and increase sales.
- Identify opportunities and gaps with internal processes as well as customer processes.
- Provide best-in-class service to our customers.
- Collaborate with Stanley Black & Decker to enhance products / overall sales plan.
- Share innovative ideas and recommendations with the team.
- Set up items on various retailer websites and manage an auditing process to ensure product listings are available, accurate, and compliant with internal/external standards.
- Assist with the day-to-day responsibilities for key retailers, including content maintenance and ad-hoc requests from the buyers/retailer contacts.
- Communicate Supply Chain/inventory delays with Retail Partners.
- Ensure the company's brand image and product content are accurate and compelling to incite consumer purchases.
- Complete white space analyses for retailer,s seeing where there are products missing from the site that can be added to their overall assortment.
