Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership
    - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
    - Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
    - Lead business development initiatives and partnerships.
  • Operations Management
    - Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, logistics, sales, and marketing.
    - Ensure efficient supply chain and inventory management.
    - Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics.
  • Financial Oversight
    - Drive cost-efficiency and profitability.
    - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Sales & Marketing
    - Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across digital, traditional, and trade channels.
    - Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
    - Monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing operations, sales, and financial performance.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements and FMCG market dynamics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in both distribution and manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
