Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development module.
  • Participate in client workshops to gather requirements and support solution design.
  • Configure talent pools, succession nominations, career paths, and development plans.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure alignment with talent strategy and system architecture.
  • Support integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning modules.
  • Conduct system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Prepare documentation, training materials, and support end-user training sessions.
  • Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and new features related to Succession and Development.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 2 to 3 years in Succession and Development.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring Succession Planning and Career Development Planning.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic SAP CPI knowledge.
  • Understanding of talent management processes and best practices.
  • Exposure to SAP People Analytics and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Succession and Development.
  • Exposure to related modules like Performance & Goals or Employee Central.
  • Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
  • Knowledge of global talent management compliance and data privacy standards.
