Position: Reservations Supervisor (Cebu) | Onsite
Work Setup: Onsite in Cebu City

Shift: No Fixed Schedule

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in reservations, customer service, or within a call center environment
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience with GDS systems
  • Sales experience
  • Previous employment in the BPO industry

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and supervise the reservations team, conduct daily briefings, and facilitate training sessions
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily reservation activities, including responding to inbound calls for inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations
  • Customer Service: Deliver prompt and accurate assistance to guests inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high standard of service
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team productivity, ensure adherence to service standards, and maintain overall quality to meet performance goals
