About the Position: Travel Consultant (Cebu) | Onsite

Responsibilities:
- Offer Expert Travel Advice: Guide clients on destinations, transportation options, accommodations, travel requirements, and insurance choices
- Handle Travel Bookings: Reserve flights, hotels, transfers, cruises, and tour packages according to client preferences, schedules, and budgets
- Manage Customer Service & Escalations: Communicate directly with travelers to address concerns, resolve issues, and provide practical travel solutions
- Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Provide accurate, current information on travel regulations, visas, and entry policies
- Coordinate with Suppliers: Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport providers to confirm bookings and ensure smooth logistics
- Perform Administrative Tasks: Prepare detailed travel documents, reports, and maintain precise and confidential client records
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in a similar role as a Travel Consultant or within the travel industry; experience handling escalations and direct customer communication is an advantage
- Education: Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is highly desirable; proficient in Microsoft Office and online booking tools
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities; high attention to detail; capable of multitasking and managing multiple client inquiries efficiently
