Division Sales Manager - Mindanao (Davao) | Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite (Davao)

Work Schedule: Mon - Sat, 7am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the Region
• Ensure that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and/or exceeded.
• Establish, maintain and acquire new customers to increase business opportunities.
• Hire, develop and motivate sales personnel.
• Required skill(s): Selling, Accounts Management, Negotiation.

Requirements:

• Familiarity of the accounts and area (whole Mindanao).
• Food Industry experience is required
• General Trade, Modern trade and Distributorship management
• People management
• Can do field work.
