Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.

  • Provide strategic direction for critical business decisions.

  • Initiate and lead standardization, improvement, re-engineering, and cost-effectiveness initiatives.

  • Identify and implement revenue generation opportunities.

  • Operate in diverse and challenging environments, offering consultation and defining business requirements.

  • Lead change management efforts, share best practices, and build a diverse talent pool.

  • Deliver high-quality standards across processes and projects.

  • Ensure adherence to controls and compliance in line with company policies and norms.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, ambiguity management, multi-tasking ability, results orientation, and effective collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Education:

  • At least 2 years in college (preferred but not required).

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in the travel industry in the same or similar position.

  • Hands-on experience with GDS non-negotiable.

  • Experience with one or more preferred systems: Apollo, Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo.
