Business Intelligence Analyst to join our hybrid team in Makati, focusing on the hospital and healthcare industry. Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and patient care quality.
- Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to improve hospital services and resource allocation.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, facilitating data-informed decision-making processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate BI solutions with existing hospital systems and workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong skills in SQL (Minimum of 4 years) and data querying to extract and manipulate datasets effectively.
- Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards, privacy laws, and regulations is highly desirable.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Capability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and onsite collaboration.
