Business Intelligence Analyst to join our hybrid team in Makati, focusing on the hospital and healthcare industry. Use data analytics and BI tools to analyze complex data, generate insights, and report KPIs supporting strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and patient care quality.
• Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to improve hospital services and resource allocation.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, facilitating data-informed decision-making processes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate BI solutions with existing hospital systems and workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong skills in SQL (Minimum of 4 years) and data querying to extract and manipulate datasets effectively.
• Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards, privacy laws, and regulations is highly desirable.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Capability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and onsite collaboration.
