Working Setup:

  • 100% Onsite (BGC Taguig)

Work Hours:

  • 11PM to 8AM

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and coach inside sales team; Manage KPIs through reviews and action plans.
  • Sales Operations: Generate new accounts via outbound prospecting; Support campaigns; Close deals; Maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps; Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues and sales escalations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports; Analyze trends to guide coaching and strategy enhancements.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate
  • Excellent English communication
  • At least 3 years of experience in contact center (B2B/SaaS)
  • At least 2 years tenure in Supervisory role
  • Proven ability to coach others and manage conflict constructively
  • Team/operations scaling experience.
  • Proficient in multitasking, tools, and Google Suite applications.
