About the job Assistant Store Manager - Inventory (Trinoma QC) | Onsite

Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026

Shift: Fixed Nightshift with 2 days off

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Trinoma QC)

Responsibilities:

  • Store Managers are skilled in motivating, developing and leading large teams while maintaining a strong focus on values, behaviours and effective communication.
  • Leading with a proactive and solutions focused mindset with the ability to think strategically, interpret data and respond swiftly to changing business and customer demands.
  • Have a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels, managing expectations and collaborating effectively as a team player.
  • Strong attention to detail, supported by excellent planning skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining store productivity and efficiency.
  • Remain composed under pressure, able to adapt to challenging situations and maintain a high level of self-control.
  • Remain open to feedback, focused on self-improvement and driven to identify opportunities to enhance team and business performance.

    Requirements:

    • 100% okay with being on a fixed night shift schedule in any of the aforementioned store locations
    • Experience in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Pace Tool, DC Reporting) to track performance and support decision making and planning.
    • Has leadership and change management skills with focus on team-building and effective communication to foster a positive work culture.
    • Able to do financial analysis, store budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
    • Prior store inventory experience not required
