Educational Qualification: Completed at least 2 years of college without any back subjects
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a team lead in a sales line of business (LOB)
- Proven ability to manage sales teams, with a focus on quota-based KPIs, closing techniques, objection handling, and adherence to sales scripts
Job Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Guide, motivate, and coach a team of travel sales agents to achieve and surpass sales targets. This includes recruiting, training, and developing team members.
- Sales Performance & Strategy: Track and analyze sales results, identify improvement areas, and create strategies to boost profitability and meet business goals. This may involve setting sales plans, monitoring trends, and preparing performance reports.
- Customer Service & Operations: Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service, provides expert travel advice, and offers tailored solutions, while effectively handling and resolving issues or complaints.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments such as operations and product development to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment of goals. Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with clients and vendors.
