Role Requirements: 

• Finished at least 2 years in college (no back subject/s)
• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in BPO
• Preferred Healthcare experience
• Healthcare Insurance background, claims processing, and US benefits
• Excellent communication skills
• Available to start immediately
