Your Day-to-Day
- Lead and mentor a team of asset engineers, overseeing remote system investigations and performance analysis.
- Monitor solar PV systems via advanced platforms (e.g., VCOM, NetSuite) to identify issues, defects, and optimization opportunities.
- Troubleshoot system faults and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Manage service inquiries, warranty claims, and supplier engagement for technical support and replacement parts.
- Oversee creation of service orders, bills of materials, and accurate documentation in NetSuite.
- Generate and present performance reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with O&M contracts, inspections, and regulatory requirements (including LGC submissions).
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in solar asset management, performance engineering, or O&M.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms (e.g., VCOM, SCADA), and performance analysis tools (e.g., PVsyst, NetSuite).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, manage service cases, and oversee reporting requirements.
- Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising across suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Leadership experience in managing technical teams is an advantage.
- Willing to work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City, and amenable to a shifting schedule.
