Job Title: CS - Center of Excellence Manager

Work Set-up: On-site in BGC Taguig

Schedule: Shifting schedules 

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in BPO handling customer service operations.
  • Process improvement and process framework creation.
  • Experience in creating process definitions or frameworks for coaching, training, reporting, governance, and workforce management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules
  • Amenable to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig
  • Available to start ASAP
