Shift: Rotating Shift with 2 days off

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (QC)

Responsibilities:

  • Store Managers are skilled in motivating, developing and leading large teams while maintaining a strong focus on values, behaviours and effective communication.
  • Leading with a proactive and solutions focused mindset with the ability to think strategically, interpret data and respond swiftly to changing business and customer demands.
  • Have a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels, managing expectations and collaborating effectively as a team player.
  • Strong attention to detail, supported by excellent planning skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining store productivity and efficiency.
  • Remain composed under pressure, able to adapt to challenging situations and maintain a high level of self-control.
  • Remain open to feedback, focused on self-improvement and driven to identify opportunities to enhance team and business performance.

Requirements:

      • At least 5 years of fulltime retail work, with at least 3 years of that in a store manager level capacity
      • Amenable to be on rotating schedule
      • Excel in data-driven decision-making by utilising analytical tools (Power BI, Excel) to forecast sales, manage budgets and optimise store performance.
      • Have strong leadership and change management skills, with a focus on team-building and effective communication to foster a positive work culture.
      • Demonstrate solid commercial acumen, including financial analysis, store budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
