Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA is a plus)
• Experience / Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Planning, or Development (Healthcare a plus)
• Strong financial modeling, strategy, and project management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills

• Business acumen and the ability to influence decisions across all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams
