Work Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years experience as a Team Lead in any voice LOBs (preferably in the retail domain)

Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: This includes tasks like recruitment, training, performance evaluations, scheduling, and addressing employee concerns.
  • Customer Relations: Assistant managers often interact with customers, handle complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Operational Support: They might be involved in inventory management, maintaining store standards, ensuring safety, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the business.
  • Communication and Coordination: They act as a bridge between management and staff, relaying information, implementing procedures, and facilitating communication.
