Nature Of the Account: Travel Outbound Collections

Start Date: 13-Oct

Type of Support: Non-voice

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Quezon City)

Shift Schedule | Restdays: Night Shift

Educational Requirement: 

• Finished at least 2 years in college without back subject/s

Work Experience:

• At least 2 years exp as Real Time Analyst in a BPO setup
• Any domain
• Good communication skills
• Skills: Preferrably knowledgeable with PowerBI
  

Responsibilities:

• Real-time Monitoring: Continuously observe agent activity, call volumes, and queue levels using specialized software.
• Staffing Adjustments: Make necessary changes to agent schedules, such as altering break times or shifting resources, to maintain optimal staffing.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor agent adherence to schedules and performance to identify any deviations or issues that could impact service levels.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and address real-time problems like system outages, routing issues, or unexpected spikes in volume.
