Operations Compliance Analyst (MOA Pasay) | Hybrid

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) - MOA Pasay (must be flexibility to report to Alabang or North EDSA occasionally)

Work Schedule: Graveyard shift (8PM-5AM or 9PM-6AM)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating the Internal, External & Client Driven Audits and preparation thereof
• Manage documentation and control requirements.
• Supporting Operations in driving compliance culture across assigned client areas. 
• Fairly good knowledge of MS Office Tools · Basic Internet / Email usage
• Good logical reasoning and reasonable analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). 
• Display high integrity and ethical values.

Qualifications:

• Must be college graduate
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in BPO / ITES industry, preferably in Audit/ Compliance role.
• Open to candidates with job titles such as Internal Auditor
