Work Setup: Amenable to work onsite during training (2-3 months), Hybrid work arrangement after training

Shift: Night Shift

Schedule: Weekends Off

Nature of Work: Voice

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team handling insurance services/financial/banking accounts (Global Support BPO or Shared Services)
• Metrics/KPIs: Preferably with experience handling/monitoring metrics, e.g., CSAT, NPS, AHT, FCR
