Educational Requirement:
- College Graduate
Work Experience:
- Strong expertise in Philippine payroll, with current knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and compliance standards
- Extensive experience handling government statutory benefits processing
- Proficient in Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow, with case management experience
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing and Management: Manage the complete payroll cycle, including collecting and verifying timesheets, calculating wages, processing deductions (taxes, benefits), and issuing payments via checks or direct deposits
- Compliance and Legal Adherence: Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and national tax laws, labor regulations, and internal policies; stay informed about deadlines and legal updates
- Client Consultation and Support: Guide clients on payroll best practices, resolve payroll issues, and assist employees with pay and benefits inquiries
- System Optimization and Reporting: Implement and enhance payroll software, improve payroll service delivery, identify automation opportunities, and prepare payroll reports for internal and external use
