Work Experience:
- At least 1 year of coaching or team leadership experience in sales (preferably within a call center environment)
- Proven experience managing KPIs related to sales quotas across various products
- Strong objection handling skills
- Negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Sales CRM systems, QA tools, and Excel dashboards
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with agents, focusing on closing techniques, overcoming objections, and script adherence
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Team Leads to align coaching priorities with overall business goals
- Ensure agents follow client-approved scripts, legal disclosures, and meet quality standards
- Review and analyze daily and weekly performance reports
