**Position Overview: Senior Quality Manager (Pasay)**

**Shift:** Hybrid/Shifting Schedule

**Requirements:**

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Manager of Quality in the BPO industry.

- Proficient in Six Sigma and Lean tools and methodologies.

- Responsible for managing a team of QCAs and clients within the vertical.

- Preference for candidates with experience in the Travel or Financial sectors.
