About the job Quality Manager | Night Shift | Onsite | Pasay / Alabang

    • 6-8 years of experience in BPO
    • At least 3 years in a QA managerial role, or currently in a Senior Team Lead position
    • Proficient in Quality tools and analysis; be prepared to discuss specific tools during the interview
    • Experience in the insurance domain is preferred
    • Strong understanding of NPS calculation and CSAT metrics
    • Experience with deploying quality frameworks during new transitions
    • Proven ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
