About the job Quality Manager | Night Shift | Onsite | Pasay / Alabang
- 6-8 years of experience in BPO
- At least 3 years in a QA managerial role, or currently in a Senior Team Lead position
- Proficient in Quality tools and analysis; be prepared to discuss specific tools during the interview
- Experience in the insurance domain is preferred
- Strong understanding of NPS calculation and CSAT metrics
- Experience with deploying quality frameworks during new transitions
- Proven ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
